We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and growing operations team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in keeping things organised, and understands the importance of safety and accuracy. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the yard and ensuring equipment is prepared, handled and dispatched safely and efficiently. Key duties include: Loading and unloading equipment using FLT Picking, preparing and loading Manual handling of equipment and stock Preparing equipment for jobs and ensuring it is ready for despatch Checking, maintaining and monitoring stock levels Assisting with regular servicing, inspections and basic maintenance of equipment Supporting health 'safety procedures, including near miss, accident and damage reporting Completing basic admin such as load lists, labelling and reporting missing or damaged items This is an outdoor role , working in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
