A Global Energy company with more than 30,000 employees is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join its Wastewater Process Engineering TeamThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and optimising wastewater treatment solutions that make a tangible impact on the environment and local communities.About the RoleWorking as part of a dynamic, multi-skilled team, you’ll provide technical expertise across a range of wastewater treatment projects — from process design and optimisation to operational support on live sites.You’ll be involved in:Developing process calculations, control philosophies, P&IDs, performance specifications, and commissioning plans.Leading innovative process design solutions s.Supporting site operations by improving plant performance, implementing optimisation measures, and troubleshooting treatment processes.Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects while contributing to sustainable water management for the future.About You - We’re looking for a driven and technically strong Engineer with:A degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng/BEng/BSc) or an equivalent discipline.4+ years’ experience in the water industry or consultancy environment.Proven experience in wastewater process design, optimisation, and commissioning support for UK Water Companies.Chartered status or working towards chartership (desirable).Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
