Market Mapping : Perform in-depth research to map out identify key and organisations and personnel, and highlight relevant talent pools. Candidate Sourcing : Leverage databases, professional platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach to discover and engage high-calibre candidates. Client Reporting : Provide clients with comprehensive market maps, curated candidate profiles, and consistent updates on the progress of search assignments.
