MaintenanceSupervisor FMServiceProvider Farringdon, London Up to57,000 per annum(+3K HVAP Status - 60K) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactiveMaintenanceSupervisorto join an FMServiceProvider based in Farringdon, London. The role is predominantly hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to spend the majority of their time working on the tools while providing day-to-day supervision and technical support to the engineering team. The position is primarily landlord-focused (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to supporting tenant requirements and ensuringserviceexcellence across all areas. Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve participation in planned shutdowns and out-of-hours works when required. 57,000 per annum, rising to 60,000 per annum upon achieving HVAP status (+3,000). Hours of Work 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Managing a team of three Engineers on site Daily checks, planned and reactivemaintenanceof electrical systems First response to electrical or system faults across the building Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders About You Electrically or Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3 Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly Confident with automated systems and modern building tech Calm and professional in front of clients and end users Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported) Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
