My client, a market-leading medical services group, is experiencing continued growth and success and is now seeking a skilled PA / Medical Secretary to join their team. This is a key role supporting the Operations Director and the wider organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing and professional healthcare environment.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of operational and governance activities across the business. You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently while supporting senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise, coordinate, and attend key internal and external stakeholder meetingsManage complex diaries and meeting schedules across the wider teamTake detailed, accurate, and concise minutes, recording actions and ensuring documentation is well organised and securely stored digitallySupport the delivery and administration of the digital SMO serviceEnsure incidents and complaints are risk assessed, investigated, and supported by robust action plans to mitigate outstanding risksSupport incident and complaint audits when requiredCollate, analyse, and prepare data for reports, sharing findings and organisational learningAbout YouHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailA practical problem-solver with a common-sense approachPrevious experience in a PA, Medical Secretary, or similar healthcare/regulated environment is highly desirableSalary - £35,000 – £36,000This is a fabulous opportunity to work within a respected and growing medical services group and a position with variety and exposure to the senior leadership team.
