You might be someone who: Is naturally nurturing and has experience caring for babies and young children aged five and under Ideally holds a DfE-approved early years qualification at Level 2 or above (helpful, but not essential) Is passionate about supporting childrens learning and development through play and exploration Has an understanding of child development and, ideally, the EYFS, enabling you to follow planned activities and contribute to observations for childrens learning journeys Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and happy Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues Inclusion and safeguarding Were an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people aged 17+ (in line with Ofsted requirements) and from all backgrounds.
