This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys working independently, delivering high-quality patient care, and contributing to a successful private practice environment.What You’ll Be DoingConducting full hearing assessments and fittings using recognised private-sector systems and technologyPerforming ear wax removal using micro suction and irrigation techniquesRecommending and fitting tailored hearing aid solutions from premium manufacturers (Phonak, Widex, Signia, Starkey, etc.)Delivering first-class aftercare and maintaining trusted patient relationshipsManaging your own diary efficiently and ensuring smooth clinic operationsWorking autonomously across two local sites (including one day per week at a GP practice)Supporting business growth and maintaining the practice’s strong clinical reputationWhat We’re Looking ForHCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (or qualified Audiologist eligible for registration)Minimum 2 years of unsupervised wax removal experience (micro suction & irrigation)Proven private practice experience – NHS-only background less suitableComfortable working independently with excellent time managementConfident using hearing aid programming software (training can be provided)Patient-focused, professional, and commercially awareStrong communication skills with a warm, personable approachThe PackageBasic Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)Commission Structure: Between 5% to 15% of SalesOTE: £55,000 – £70,000+ (uncapped)Contract: 37.5 hours per week (flexible part-time options considered)Schedule: 3+ days per week (Weds & Thurs essential; alternate Saturdays preferred)Autonomous role with ongoing support from a highly experienced owner-operatorAccess to advanced hearing aid technology and continuous professional developmentInterview ProcessThe process is straightforward and designed to give candidates a clear understanding of the practice environment and expectations:Initial Teams call – brief introduction and discussion about experience and fitFace-to-face interview – opportunity to meet on-site and see the clinicOptional shadow/taster day – observe clinic operations and team dynamics before committingInterviews can be scheduled flexibly, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate candidate availability.About the PracticeThis independent hearing care provider has built a trusted reputation in the local community for more than a decade, delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term patient relationships.
