Their platform manages complex home retrofit projects from assessment to installation, using data-driven tools and automation to scale effectively.The RoleYou’ll work closely with senior engineers and collaborate across product, delivery, and growth teams. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll build and improve the systems that power our operations, including our backend platform (Django + PostgreSQL), energy modelling systems, and internal tools for coordinators, surveyors, and installers.
