My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their site in North Lanarkshire. You will be working with an extremely successful FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment. Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance, repair and improvement activities for chilled production machineryLead a team of engineers to carry out preventive maintenance and respond rapidly to equipment issuesImplement and promote health and safety practices, ensuring a safe working environmentCollaborate with production teams to assess equipment needs and address performance issuesProvide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical skillsMaintain documentation related to maintenance activities and equipment performance metricsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and productivityRequirements:Significant experience in an engineering leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a food production environmentSolid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to production operationsProven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaborationShifts:Week 1: Monday to Friday; 07:00 - 16:00 Week 2: Sunday; 07:00 - 16:00; Monday - Thursday; 14:30 - 23:00 BenefitsCompetitive salary Overtime available Pension PlansLife AssuranceLeave PackageTraining & DevelopmentEmployee Assistance Programme
