You'll be hired to aggressively build the sales team from scratch, lead 'scale a multi-million pound coaching businessSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Remote (UK or USA)Preferred backgrounds include: NEPQ / Closer.io, Cardone, Traffic & Funnels, Dan Lok, or other high-performance coaching organisations.The OpportunityWe are searching for a proven sales team BUILDER, someone who has actually built a high-ticket sales organisation from the ground up.We're not looking for a corporate sales VP. Or a sales trainer. Or someone who's /"managed/" a team built by someone else.We want the person who created the scripts, installed the KPIs, hired the setters, SDR's and closers, fired the underperformers, built the CRM systems, ran the call audits, and drove the revenue.
