Reporting directly to the Principal FinOps Analyst, you'll work closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to embed FinOps best practices and ensure we maximise value from our cloud estate as we scale. As a FinOps Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving transparency, control, and efficiency across our cloud and infrastructure investments. What You'll Be Doing Analysing cloud spend to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities, and driving optimisation initiatives with engineering teams. Supporting project inception and delivery to ensure infrastructure is designed and forecasted cost-effectively. Developing reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis to support budgeting and decision-making. Tracking usage, tagging compliance, and improving cost visibility, accountability, and transparency. Contributing to FinOps governance, training, vendor negotiations, and promoting cost-aware practices across Engineering and SRE. What You'll Bring Experience with cloud platforms (primarily AWS; Azure desirable) and cloud cost management tools. Strong understanding of FinOps principles and delivering cloud cost efficiencies. Knowledge of cloud pricing models, billing, and core infrastructure services. Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost models. Confidence working with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and SRE stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with tagging and cost attribution best practices. (Desirable) FinOps Foundation certification (or willingness to work towards). AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar. Why Join Us?
