They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships while driving new commercial growth across the portfolio.Role Overview:Location: London (Hybrid Flex) Package: £60,000 - £70,000 + CommsIndustry: IT Managed Services / Cyber Security What You’ll Be Doing:Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients across the full account lifecycleActing as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored IT solutionsIdentifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accountsBuilding and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targetsWorking closely with technical, project and support teams to ensure seamless deliveryMonitoring account performance and providing clear commercial reporting to stakeholdersMain Skills Needed:Strong experience in strategic account management within an MSP or IT services environment. Specialist experience within Cybersecurity sales and solutions. Consultative in approach, able to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to develop relationships and position new solutions that will add value.
