We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will form part of an expanding, ambitious, and highly collaborative team, and the ideal candidate will share our passion for exceptional design and outstanding client service.This is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious brand, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships in a design-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage clients in the showroom, providing an exemplary, personalised experience, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care.Present and sell our collections, guiding clients through product options and bespoke finishes.Demonstrate a solutions-focused attitude, proactively resolving client queries and challenges.Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.Manage sampling requests, quotations, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.Maintain an immaculate showroom environment, ensuring displays reflect our luxury brand standards.Support showroom events, launches, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and brand awareness.Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on projects and client opportunities.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in luxury sales, interiors, or a design showroom environment is highly desirable.Strong interest in high-end design and craftsmanship.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner.Commercial awareness and ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Competent with Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems.Right to work in the UK.Personal AttributesPassionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury setting.Proven track record of working effectively within a team, contributing to shared goals and company culture.Professional, polished presentation and a collaborative approach.Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pmLocation: Catchpole & Rye Showroom, Chelsea, LondonSalary: Competitive, based on experienceTo apply, please send your CV and covering letter to lily@
