With multiple showrooms across the North West and in London, our estate now includes four DMR fine jewellery & luxury watch showrooms, an Omega and a Tag Heuer boutique in Liverpool One, a Tudor boutique in Manchester city centre, a jewellery boutique in London’s Peninsula Hotel and a newly refurbished fine jewellery and bespoke showroom in Altrincham, Cheshire.Our Altrincham showroom features an in-house workshop team, including goldsmiths and designers. It showcases our exclusive DMR designs and collections, an extensive selection of engagement and wedding rings, and a curated collection of our high jewellery pieces.We are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Ambassador to join our Altrincham showroom team.We are looking for someone who values building relationships and creating memorable experiences, with excellent customer service skills – experience working in jewellery or luxury retail would be hugely advantageous, but is not essential.The Role:Deliver exceptional service to our clients, building long-standing relationshipsEnsure professional selling style from engaging prospective clients to the completion of a sale, including after-sales serviceRepresent DMR to an excellent standard at all timesAbout you:A confident communicator able to articulate a professional and consultative client appointmentFocused and understanding of your clients and their needsAble to communicate with a range of clients to an exceptional standard, maintaining professionalism, ensuring appointments are engagingMotivated to achieve targetsPassion and appreciation of luxury jewellery and watchesHave a genuine interest in luxury productsAbout DMR:Offering a basic salary dependent upon experience of £25,000 to £27,0000, plus commission and a quarterly bonus based on showroom performance Showroom opening hours are Monday – Saturday 9 am-5.30 pmFull and part-time hours are availableEmployee discountEmployee Assistance Programme providing physical and mental health supportReward Discounts Programme offering discounts across the high streetEnhanced maternity & paternity payEnhanced company sick payBUPA Menopause Support planBUPA Mental Health support – access to counselling & therapy sessions
