Senior Service Advisor Location: Castle Donington Salary: £38,000 per annum + Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our busy fleet operation in Castle Donington. This is a key customer-facing role, acting as the main point of contact between our fleet customers, workshops, and internal teams to ensure vehicles are maintained, repaired, and returned to service efficiently. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service, managing complex service requirements, and supporting the wider service team with your knowledge and leadership. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for fleet customers regarding servicing, maintenance, and repairs Manage vehicle bookings, job progress, authorisations, and service updates Liaise with workshops, technicians, parts suppliers, and third-party repairers Handle high-value and complex service cases, ensuring minimal vehicle downtime Provide clear cost estimates, gain approvals, and manage invoicing queries Resolve customer issues professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels Support and mentor Service Advisors where required Ensure compliance with company procedures, SLAs, and health 'safety standardsAbout You Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a fleet, automotive, or commercial vehicle environment Strong understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident managing multiple vehicles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using service management and fleet systems A full UK driving licence is desirableWhat We Offer Competitive salary of £38,000 per year Profit Related Bonus scheme (based on 5% basic salary) 25 days holiday plus BH’s Personal Pension Scheme (3.5% employee = 5.5% employer / 5% employee = 7.5% employer) – enrolled after three months Life Assurance from day one = 5x basic salary Discount Shopping Portal Free Parking on site Ride to Work Scheme EAP Access to training Mental Health First Aiders  How to Apply If you’re an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step in your career within fleet services, we’d love to hear from you.
