My client is a very much-loved independent inn and restaurant. Known for their excellent food, which is a combination of Fine Dining and Gastro (Rosette Level) and a relaxed but professional service style that makes locals and visitors feel instantly at home. They are now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar. The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences while keeping service running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the floor and being part of a close-knit team.
