Youll create delicious, balanced meals for colleagues across the hotel, ensuring the same care, quality and presentation found in every Nobu experience. With a passion for fresh ingredients, thoughtful menus and a calm, collaborative approach, youll help make our staff restaurant a place our colleagues genuinely look forward to visiting. You will Create and deliver high-quality, nutritious and beautifully presented meals for our colleagues Design, manage and oversee the smooth running of the staff restaurant menu, including daily specials Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment at all times Carry out regular stock checks, labelling, food rotation and equipment audits Ensure all dishes meet Nobu standards for quality, flavour and consistency Develop new menu ideas that are innovative, cost-effective and aligned with the hotels needs Support the wider kitchen team when required, fostering teamwork and collaboration Train, welcome and guide new members of the team, offering support and development Provide warm, genuine and friendly service that reflects our hospitality culture Act as an ambassador for the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro Attend team meetings and share insights that contribute to continual improvement Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and statutory requirements Communicate clearly with colleagues across all departments to ensure a seamless operation Demonstrate a proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach to daily tasks Suggest improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, cost management and colleague satisfaction Assist management and stakeholders when needed, responding to enquiries with professionalism Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the kitchen and hotel What Were Looking For You have experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a hotel or high-volume operation.
