Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location: London & M25 Region Salary: Paying up to 45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their service and maintenance team, covering commercial buildings across London and the M25 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable engineer seeking a stable role with strong earning potential and the freedom of a mobile position. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately Skills & Experience Required Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong experience working within commercial building services or facilities management Good mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer Paying up to 45,000 per annum Company van and fuel card provided Monday to Friday working hours Overtime opportunities available Career development and training with a well-established FM business TPBN1_UKTJ
