Production Technician Fareham, Hampshire 28-31k + Shift Allowance + Excellent Benefits Two shifts patterns on rotation - 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm 37.5 hour working week About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products, maintaining accurate records, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to a safe and professional working environment. We are looking for someone who not only has the technical skills but also brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and improve. Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability are key qualities for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: -Produce products to high-quality standards, ensuring accuracy in all records and processes. -Follow and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while suggesting improvements where possible. -Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures, actively promoting safe working practices. -Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes. -Keep work areas clean, organized, and HSE-compliant using 5S principles. -Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. -Operate workshop equipment safely, including band and circular saws, grinders, and sanders.
