Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Canary Wharf 47,500 + Package Are you a Electrical Maintenance Engineerlooking for a new challenge? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a High-end residential contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to 47,500 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Handling Units Building Management Systems Air Conditioning equipment Cold Water systems Heating and Ventilation systems Emergency lighting Fan Coil Units Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to 47,500 Call out - 1 in 2 Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 / 10:00 19:00 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Tablet & Work Phone Provided Full company uniform Requirements Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential) 18th Edition Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing If you are interested in this position please send your CV to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity!
