Senior Juniper Network Engineer (Data Centre | EVPN-VXLAN | NHS Programme) We are recruiting a Senior Juniper Network Engineer to deliver a critical NHS data centre network transformation. The role focuses on building and migrating a new Juniper-based inter-data-centre transit core to resolve long-standing routing, firewall, and resilience issues in a live healthcare environment. This is a hands-on delivery role involving configuration, testing, and cutover of high-capacity Juniper DC infrastructure, with a mix of remote and on-site work and planned out-of-hours changes. Key Focus Build and configure Juniper QFX data centre infrastructure Implement EVPN-VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, and ECMP Integrate firewalls and validate symmetric traffic flows Support 100G inter-DC connectivity and cutovers Participate in planned out-of-hours change windows Requirements Strong hands-on Juniper DC experience EVPN-VXLAN and BGP in production Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments Duration: 46 months Location: Wales, Newport Work Setup :Hybrid (remote + on-site) Environment: NHS / healthcare-critical infrastructure TPBN1_UKTJ
