Impact Recruitment is hiring an Inventory Controller / Van Driver for a well-established client operating across the South Coast and West Sussex . This is a hands-on, varied role offering early finishes, long weekends, and genuine autonomy , ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road and taking ownership of their day. You will cover sites across Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Brighton , ensuring stock is delivered, replenished, and managed accurately. Why Apply? Every Friday off - enjoy a permanent long weekend Early finishes with consistent hours 27,000 plus 10% shift allowance Autonomous role with minimal micromanagement Variety - no two days are the same Customer-facing, trusted position within a stable business The Role Driving a company van to multiple client sites across the South Coast Managing site stock orders and replenishment deliveries Monitoring inventory levels and carrying out regular stock checks Investigating and resolving discrepancies Inspecting deliveries for accuracy and quality Completing delivery notes, mileage forms, and inventory records Reporting any damages, shortages, or issues promptly Building and maintaining strong working relationships on-site Working Hours Monday - Wednesday: 4:00am - 2:00pm Thursday: 4:00am - 1:30pm Friday: Always off What We're Looking For Full UK driving licence (essential) Aged 21 or over (insurance requirement) Confident in a customer-facing role Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Happy to travel across multiple sites Impact Recruitment is acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.
