Production Team Leader Spalding 29,528 per annum Full time, permanent contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our production client in the Spalding area. This is a permanent role working for a well-established organisation, this is an ideal role if you have previous supervisory experience and want to work for a fantastic organisation. This is a full-time role working a 2-2-3 shift pattern, successful candidates must be comfortable working shift patterns. What you'll be doing - Lead the production line team to ensure results and delivery of orders Management and performance of a designated production line Ensuring all aspects of production is in line with compliance and quality standards Achieving departmental KPIs set for the team Train new and inexperienced team members in line with training plans What we're looking for - Previous experience in a Supervisory/Team leader role in a production environment Effective time management skills Communication and people skills Experienced and competent working to KPIs People management skills to support and motivate your team Previous experience of working in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential.
