Location: Warrington (Hybrid) Salary: 35,000 40,000 (DOE) Start Date: ASAP Overview We are working with a growing, award-winning accountancy business that is looking to hire a Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 contractor clients. This is a client-facing role where youll take ownership of relationships once clients have been onboarded, becoming their trusted, go-to point of contact. The business prides itself on exceptional service and long-term client relationships, and this role is central to that offering. The Role You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, personable service and building strong rapport with contractors, with the aim of turning satisfied clients into long-term advocates of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships post-onboarding Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of contractor clients Deliver friendly, approachable, and service-led client support Build strong rapport and trust with clients Proactively support clients with day-to-day accounting queries Create positive client experiences that lead to referrals Use cloud-based systems to manage client accounts, including: FreeAgent (client accounting) BrightManager (practice management) About You AAT qualified (minimum requirement) Confident and personable communicator Strong customer service mindset Relationship-driven and commercially aware Enjoys working in a client-facing, service-focused environment Comfortable managing multiple client relationships Whats on Offer Join a growing business with a strong reputation in its sector Recently recognised with an industry award Clear opportunities for progression as the business continues to scale Study support available for further qualifications Package & Benefits Salary: 35,000 40,000 (DOE) Study support Private healthcare 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office 5 days per week in the office during the first month for onboarding TPBN1_UKTJ
