Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE, restructurings, employment contracts, policies, and HR advisory support. The role offers a strong mix of autonomy and collaboration within a respected employment team.You'll work closely with employer clients, providing clear, pragmatic advice and representing them in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required.
