Job Description AP Transformation Lead (Oracle Fusion) 18-month Fixed Term Contract East Midlands | Hybrid (c days onsite, flexibility required) £60,000 - £70,000 SalaryGleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting an exciting, well-known brand undergoing a large-scale finance transformation project. We are seeking an AP Transformation Lead to support the ERP implementation of Oracle Fusion, helping to modernise systems, processes and controls. AP Transformation Lead Role Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of P2P processes within Oracle Fusion, with a focus on Payables and InvoicingDefine and document robust "to-be" processes, ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory alignmentConsider end-to-end impacts across supplier onboarding, data and paymentsCollaborate with data, integration, reporting and change teams across the project lifecycleSupport testing, business readiness, training and cutover activitiesAct as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical delivery, identifying risks and driving solutions The Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering P2P within an Oracle Fusion implementation (essential)Strong knowledge of Oracle Payables and end-to-end P2PBackground in finance transformation, controls and process improvementConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Before applying, please ensure the following: You have the required Oracle Fusion experience outlined aboveYou can commit to the full 18-month assignmentYou live within daily commuting distance of the East Midlands at the time of applying (Please note: this role does not offer travel or accommodation expenses for people not in-region)You have full right to work in the UK with no requirement for sponsorship (Sponsorship is not offered for this position)If this sounds like an exciting project where you can contribute your experience and add real value, we'd love to hear from you!
