We want every patient to feel supported and cared for throughout their prescription journey and as a key member of our Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our state of the art Wimpole Street premises. You will guide patients through their prescription journey, treating them with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering friendly and personalised assistance through in-person interactions. - Provide clear guidance and support to patients throughout their visit or enquiry, ensuring their expectations are properly managed and that they feel informed and reassured throughout their visit. - Recognise and promptly refer patient concerns or clinical enquiries to our expert team of Registered Pharmacists and Technicians to ensure prompt resolution and outstanding care - Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality service experience. - Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanour at all times, reflecting Pharmacierge’s commitment to excellent patient care. Working Hours This is a full-time position, totalling 42.5 hours per week across five in-person shifts. One of these shifts will be a regular Saturday. - You will have one fixed weekday off, which will be a Tuesday or Wednesday. - The fixed day can be agreed upon during the hiring process. Requirements - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - A compassionate and patient-focused approach to customer service. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. - Previous experience in a patient facing Pharmacy or healthcare-related role is an advantage but not essential. You’ll also spend time in the areas relevant to the role to see what a typical day might look like. - Stage 4 – Final Review - A member of our Senior Leadership Team will review your application and interview feedback.
