Job Title: Advanced Practitioner (AP) - Social Work Academy Location: Sand Martin House, Peterborough, PE2 8TY Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office Pay Rate: £40-£42 per hour (Umbrella) About the Role: Peterborough City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Social Work Academy. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work with newly qualified and early career social workers in a supportive, development-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and developing social work professionals to ensure they deliver high-quality, impactful services to children and families. You should have a solid track record in social work, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to inspire confidence in others as they embark on their social work careers.
