Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Homes Salary: £43,451 – £50,029 per annum Location: Wiltshire About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential home. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people and leading staff teams within a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care, maintaining strong operational standards, and ensuring positive outcomes for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference, supporting young people through both challenges and achievements as they work towards independence and adulthood.
