We are seeking a skilled, patient, and emotionally‑aware tutor to work with a young person, M, who is currently in Year 4 and living within the DT6 postal area. M is experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and has a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). Their primary areas of need include Communication & Interaction and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). This role requires someone who can build trust gradually, work relationally, and create a calm, low‑pressure learning environment that supports both emotional wellbeing and academic engagement.
