We are seeking a PA to Head of Junior School to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support within a prestigious private school. This temporary role is based in London and requires a proactive individual with excellent secretarial and business support skills. This role will require you to be fully on-site at their South East London location. Client Details The employer is a respected private school. Description Provide efficient administrative support to the Head of Junior School, including diary management and correspondence. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate events and activities related to the Junior School. Maintain and update records and files as required. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet deadlines. Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.Profile A successful PA to Head of Junior School should have: Experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in the Not For Profit sector. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. A professional and proactive approach to work. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
