Parts Advisor Location: Leatherhead Salary: £29,500 per annum + 5% bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Leatherhead. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated individual with motor trade experience who can support the workshop and customers by supplying parts efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers in a timely and accurate manner Identifying, sourcing, and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer and supplier systems Managing stock levels, goods-in, and inventory control Processing invoices, returns, and warranty parts as required Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone Liaising closely with technicians, service advisors, and suppliers Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional parts department Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety standardsSkills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (automotive or motor trade preferred) Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT and administrative skills Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A positive, professional, and team-focused attitudeWhat We Offer Competitive salary of £29,500 per annum 5% performance-related bonus Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends 37.5-hour working week Friendly and supportive working environment Ongoing training and career development opportunities  How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
