Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Forklift Operator, on behlaf of our wonderful client based in Denmead, Hampshire. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, and supporting both warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Forklift Operations * Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently as a primary part of the role * Load and unload deliveries, including packaging materials and finished goods * Move pallets and materials between warehouse, production, and storage areas * Support goods-in and goods-out operations * Assist with stock movements and routine stock checks * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Production Support * Assist with production line operations as required * Support equipment set-ups, changeovers, and end-of-run activities * Monitor product quality and report any issues * Carry out basic cleaning and housekeeping of equipment and work areas General Duties * Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures * Support the wider warehouse and production team as needed * Maintain a safe working environment at all times Skills & Experience Essential * Valid forklift licence (counterbalance or similar) * Confident, safe, and experienced forklift operator * Comfortable working across warehouse and production environments Desirable * Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing role * Background in food, drink, FMCG, or similar environments * Experience supporting production lines Personal Attributes * Reliable, hands-on, and proactive * Strong attention to detail and safety * Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the team * A practical problem-solver who enjoys improving ways of working * Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative * Flexible and responsive to business needs What’s On Offer * Stable, full-time role with consistent day shifts * Supportive team environment * Training and development opportunities * A hands-on position where your contribution is valued If you’re an experienced forklift driver who enjoys warehouse work with some production involvement, we’d love to hear from you.
