What You’ll Do • Teach and assess learners across a range of Maths programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills • Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that build confidence and understanding • Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in Maths • Use creative and practical approaches to make Maths relevant to real-life contexts • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement What You’ll Bring • A relevant Maths qualification (Level 3 or above) • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently • Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training • A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success • A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work Why Become a Lecturer?
