Head Chef - £55,000 plus tronc & bonus | Luxury New Forest hotel We're recruiting an exceptional Head Chef for a luxury, niche hotel based in Brockenhurst, set in the heart of the New Forest. This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship kitchen where seasonality, sustainability and provenance are at the centre of everything you do.
