Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly successful business in the fire and security industry at their office near Exeter, Devon. This is an exciting new Project Manager opportunity due to continued business growth. The postholder will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for the delivery and management of fire and security projects across the UK. There’s a clear progression pathway to the senior leadership team, and you will be joining the business at an exciting time where growth is exponential. Project Manager – The Role: * Project Delivery & Programme Management * Take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion and final account * Develop, manage, and maintain project programmes, milestones, and delivery plans * Coordinate engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery * Manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or control * Identify delivery risks early and implement effective mitigation plans Project Manager – The Person: * Proven experience delivering fire and/or security projects within the £10k–£250k range * Strong project management capability across programme, cost, quality, and risk * Demonstrable experience managing and protecting project gross margins * Ability to manage 10–15 live projects concurrently * Confident communicator with clients, engineers, and senior stakeholders * Commercially aware, organised, and delivery-focused * Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, or similar) is desirable Project Manager – The Rewards: Salary: Highly Competitive (salary will be discussed on application) Benefits including: company car / allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance incentive scheme, hybrid working, pension, free parking, social events, and lots more!
