The Opportunity: Digital Content Strategist Contract: Permanent Location: Cannock Briggs Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Define the Group's website content strategy Website content strategy, both briggsgroup.com, briggsequipment.co.uk and .ie Development of strategy for Briggs Group subsidiary websites, either directly or with oversight by agreement Maintenance of required technical SEO characteristics, either in-house or via supplier support Improved content profile, boost our performance for complementary products that support our primary materials handling offering Traffic reporting; Dramatically enhance our understanding of activity through reporting via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads. Online Promotion and PPC Strategy PPC (Pay-per-click) advertising, e.g. Google Ads, including remarketing strategy, for all Group activities Investigation and proposals for the use of other online promotion opportunities e.g. LinkedIn Ads Future Development Functionality development e.g. Live Chat, configurators, selectors, booking facilities (i.e. STH, Training) Supplier Management Managing relationship with web developer(s) and other suppliers What will help you to excel in this role: Marketing and/or Digital marketing qualification Past experience of website management and digital marketing Experience of managing websites via CMS Adept at monitoring and reporting on website activity using popular reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs) Decision making skills and sound commercial judgement Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong computer literacy skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud suite and production-specific software Skilled at collaborating to support a strong team ethos but also with the ability to work independently What you can expect from us: Future development and career opportunities Contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6% / Salary Sacrifice Profitshare bonus based on business performance (based on length of service) Paycare and eyecare health scheme High street discounts 25 days holiday plus BHs with the option to buy an additional 3 days over a 12 month period What's next If you are interested in joining Briggs Group then please click on the apply now button and a member of the team will be in touch Not sure if this is the right role for you?
