Start Date: 20th April (after Easter half term) Contract: Initially until July (with potential to extend into the next academic year) Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester Key Stages: KS3 Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) We are currently working with a good secondary school in Bolton who are looking to appoint a qualified Teacher of Computer Science to join their team from 20th April . This is an active teaching role , suitable for an enthusiastic and committed Computer Science teacher who is confident delivering KS3 lessons , with full responsibility for planning, preparation and marking . The position is initially for the summer term , with the possibility of continuing into the next academic year for the right candidate. The Role: Teaching Computer Science at KS3 Planning and delivering engaging lessons Preparing resources and assessing pupil progress Marking work and providing constructive feedback Working as part of a supportive secondary school department The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Experience teaching Computer Science in a secondary setting Strong classroom management skills Confident with planning, preparation and marking Available to start after Easter half term This role would suit a teacher looking for a longer-term supply or fixed-term opportunity , with the potential for further continuity beyond July.
