The Registered Home Manager will: - Lead the turn around of the home from RI to Good. - Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements. - Assess, monitor, and evaluate the needs of residents. - Manage and supervise the nursing and care team to maintain high standards. - Adhere to all policies and procedures.
