We are looking for Inbound Contact Centre Agent Days: 12.21 per hour + up to 200 bonus per month Location: Bedminster Immediate start Customer Service Experience Required Shift: Monday to Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm Temporary initially, leading to permanent JDR is recruiting for an Inbound Contact Centre Agent to work with a friendly team in Bedminster, Bristol. The role: To book appointment from Inbound Requests (these come from the phone, emails and online enquiries), and ensure as many appointments are booked and then visited as quickly as possible. Answer and deal with inbound phone calls Book appointments as quickly as possible and in accordance with company policies Monitor and respond to email enquiries Deal with postponed and cancelled appointments Ensure calendar for is kept up to date Send confirmation and reminder text messages and emails Support all outbound agents to ensure appointments are booked in swiftly On an ad hoc basis carry out customer care calls to visited customers and report those findings to the management team.
