In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the companys previous customer accounts, ensuring their requirements are met while driving business growth and upselling additional products. Key Responsibilities for Account Manager Serve as the primary point of contact for previous customer accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Support with quotations and processing incoming sales orders. Identify and promote new product opportunities within previous customer accounts to drive sales growth. Understand the needs of accounts and secure the company as their preferred supplier. Set up individual account contact strategies. Work to KPIs to achieve sales targets and objectives. Ideal Experience for Candidate: Proven experience in telephone sales or managing a customer base. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities. Strong customer relationship-building and account management skills, particularly with previous customers. Ability to persuade, influence, and upsel l effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident telephone manner. Self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Product and Marketing teams. Well-organised, reliable, and data-driven, with a high standard of interpersonal skills. Benefits and Salary: Hybrid working options.
