About the Role: The Sales and Estimating Administrator is a crucial part of our team, helping to deliver high-quality quotations, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth project management from start to finish. Youll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive quotations and communicating with customers to fully understand their needs. The role requires someone who is proactive, highly organised, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Youll work closely with internal teams, including production, and Graphics build strong relationships with external suppliers all to ensure customer satisfaction is always met Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and professional quotations for customers, ensuring they meet customer goals. Communicate with customers to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions. Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations and potential leads. Negotiate pricing confidently and manage customer expectations effectively. Maintain up-to-date records in the quotation database, ensuring all information is accurate. Handle incoming calls and emails related to quotations, providing clear and timely information. Work with production & graphic departments and external suppliers to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently advise customers. What Youll Bring: Previous experience in a sales, estimating, or internal sales role. A strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and a can-do approach to challenges. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word). The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the signage, construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage, but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
