Join our team as a Housing Support Worker and help people across Bradford and Leeds build brighter, more stable futures. ?? What You'll Do Support individuals to maintain tenancies and live independently Create and deliver person-centred support plans Provide practical advice and tenancy readiness training Work in partnership with local services to prevent eviction Travel regularly between two sites - one in Bradford , one in Leeds ? What You'll Need A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Experience with vulnerable groups (e.g. homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse) Empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours Basic IT skills for case notes and reports ??
