Machine Setter & Operator Full Training Provided Location: Aylesford Pay Rate: 13.78 per hour ? Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shifts: MondayFriday on a rotating shift pattern (6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am) Type: Temp-Perm We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine - warehouse Operator to join our client in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, with full training provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery Identifying and troubleshooting basic machine issues Carrying out packing and sorting tasks when required Ensuring products meet quality standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About You: Physically fit, with the ability to carry out some manual lifting Able to read, write, and understand English Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Willing to work a full rotating shift pattern ?
