What You'll Be Doing Leading smooth, stress-free onboarding for enterprise-level customers Designing and delivering engaging training experiences (onsite, virtual, and train-the-trainer) Partnering with customer leaders to drive adoption across teams, regions, and sites Creating training resources that scale globally and get used Owning customer success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from adoption to renewal Showcasing value through strategic success plans and executive business reviews Being the customer's voice internally and influencing how things are built and improved Tracking success metrics like adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and advocacy Turning happy customers into raving fans through case studies and testimonials What Makes You a Great Fit You've led impactful customer training, from workshops to executive sessions You're confident influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organisations You know how to prove ROI and turn data into compelling success stories You're a polished presenter and natural facilitator You've managed complex onboarding, integrations, and adoption journeys You're comfortable leading QBRs and high-level business reviews You're data-driven, articulate, and great at building long-term relationships Why You'll Love This Role Because you won't just support customers, you'll shape their success , drive real outcomes, and play a key role in long-term growth.
