Leading a dynamic team, youll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and drive business success. Whether its managing schedules, ensuring compliance, or finding creative ways to enhance customer experiences this role is packed with variety and part of an exciting venue. - Managing daily operations in our large bar / restaurant operation - Leading and motivating your team, ensuring top performance and excellent customer service. - Driving commercial success by analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives. - Developing marketing and business strategies to increase sales and attract new customers. - Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and fire safety regulations. The Candidate - Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred). - A passion for entertainment, gaming, or bowling you love creating great experiences for customers! - Strong business acumen you understand numbers and know how to drive revenue. - Excellent organisational and people-management skills you thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to inspire a team.
