The Role: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee our diverse projects. You will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee contracts for a variety of projects including fit-outs, facilities works, refurbishments, and new builds. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide commercial guidance to project teams, managing costs, risk, and project profitability. Monitor budgets, cash flow, and progress to ensure efficiency and value for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure all contractual documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction or building projects. Knowledge of JCT contracts, D&B projects, and traditional construction practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-focused, family-oriented environment.
