The Westbury Pub in HTurnpike Lane N22 Were a growing pub company and are on the hunt for a passionate Chef who can assist our Head Chef in the growing of our food offer. As Sous Chef youll run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, including placing orders and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. Youll be a clear communicator, calm under pressure and working with a passionate Head Chef. Were looking for somebody who is passionate about food, insistent upon working in a clean and a tidy environment but most importantly who can work with a smile on their face.
