Assistant Manager - Dining Pub - Englefield Green We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the day to day running and service of this well established, fresh food dining pub. Overseeing a small team of 4 you will lead from the front delivering impeccable service through a warm and friendly approach to guests. The Place A classic country pub nestled on the gates of Windsor Great Park, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ancient deciduous woodland. This fabulous dining pub offer a cosy bar area as well as more formal restaurant dining 5 nights a week The Perks The Assistant Manager can look forward to the following A competitive salary of up to 35,000 5 days per week, 45 hours contracted. Set days off- Monday and Tuesday evenings on Wed and Thursday and an 8pm finish on Sunday evenings. Free meals on duty Cash tips. Great progression opportunities The Person As the successful Assistant Manager will need the following Experience in a formal restaurant/pub setting. Be a great communicator with a dynamic and charismatic approach. Impeccable standards of service with a passion for exceptional food and quality wines and cocktails A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations. Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a similar environment Personable and trustworthy Be local to the area or have own transport.
