What youll get up to Lead and inspire the team, setting the tone for service, culture, and brand standards Own the venues commercial performance: rotas, stock, labour, and P&L Activate the evening and weekend offer, including curated events and private hires Build and run a structured operation while keeping the venues creative soul intact Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and supervisors to deliver exceptional hospitality Spot and develop new business opportunities from events to community partnerships Bring energy, warmth, and entrepreneurial drive to every shift Who were looking for: Extroverted, confident, and commercially aware Organised, proactive, and hands-on with a business owner mentality Experience across all-day dining, cocktails, or high-energy food & drink operations Comfortable with evenings, events, and varied trading formats Creative thinker with ideas for growing community engagement and revenue Able to balance systems and structure with fun, memorable guest experiences Sound great?
